PRIVATE SIGNINGS - TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note that deposit payments are required to secure your order and that the prices shown on this page are deposit prices only and that the full cost of the item is stated within the product page. All orders must be placed by no later than 10PM on Sunday 13th October.
Following your deposit, we will contact you within 3 working days to enquire about signing/dedication info. We will email you via your given address which was provided upon deposit checkout. Should you fail to reply, please note your item will be signed by the Superstar without any dedication. Please note for this signing we have negotiated a complementary name or maximum 12 character inscription - so for example 'To Chris', or 'Ring General' would be your complementary allocation. A further 12 characters can be added for a fee of £10.
Please note that once your order is placed, exchanges or refunds cannot be granted at a later date should you ‘change your mind’ due to the fact that once your order is placed, we have to specially order your photo/item in - so please choose carefully!
Please note that pen colour, autograph positioning and message requests are exactly that (requests). On occasion it has been known for an item to be signed in a different colour than requested (sometimes due to us feeling your chosen colour would not show up great on the item, the pen not working, or talent make a genuine error and miss our colour request), in a different position than requested (although we do request autograph positioning, it is out of our hands to control such specifics whilst the signing is ongoing). Whilst we do like to pride ourselves in attention to detail, such precise requests can sometimes go astray and we apologise in advance if this ever occurs.
Following Superstar feedback from recent signings, please note we will scale back the amount of pens we use and will only stock and use the stated pen colours on the item page, and we will no longer accept customer pens sent in for items unless it is a pen that has previously been used to sign said item.
We always use brand new Sharpies and paint pens for our signings, however please note we cannot be held responsible with the speed that a Superstar inscribes/signs an item. We are aware that the speed of writing/signing can influence it's appearance, however our hands are tied when it comes to the signing of items by a Superstar.
Once the signing with the Superstar is completed and we have the stock in hand ready to mail, we will send you an invoice for the final balance.
Once invoices are sent for your final balance please note that you will have a 21 day period to pay your invoice. After these 21 days have passed, if you have not paid your balance a £5 per week holding fee will be applied per item ordered until your items are paid in full.
Please note if pre-ordering a photo, we will automatically add a toploader frame to your invoice after the signing takes place at a cost of £1.99, to protect your investment in the mail and as a cost effective presentation piece for your order. Should you wish not to receive a toploader frame, do let us know so we can adjust the invoice accordingly, and your item will be cardboard backed.
Customer send-ins will be considered, with pricing starting from £44.99. Please contact us to discuss.
In the event of signing postponement we will attempt to re-arrange the signing. If this is not possible, we will refund your deposit payment in full.
